The AENOR Good Commercial Practices for E-Commerce Mark is aimed at increasing the trust of consumers in the acquisition of products or services through communication networks such as the Internet; it establishes the rules to be applied in all aspects concerning that certification.
To obtain this Mark, e-commerce companies must comply with the Good Commercial Practices Code, prepared through contributions made by both users and companies, and revised regularly in the future to ensure it is kept up to date. Companies must participate in an arbitrations system to ensure the fast and economical settlement of any disputes that could arise from e-commerce transactions.
