Supported by IQNet

AENOR is a founder-member of IQNet, (International Certification Association), the largest international association of management systems certification bodies, whose international market share is estimated to be around 50%.

Along with its certificates and management systems marks, AENOR also issues the IQNet certificate, which provides organisations with a unique certificate that is widely recognised and respected in all international markets. It also allows companies to request joint certificates from certification bodies in other countries which are also members of IQNet, without having to have a new audit conducted on their management systems.

International agreements

In addition to the multilateral agreement signed by all IQNet bodies, AENOR has bilateral agreements with other entities that are not IQNet members. These agreements make it possible to perform joint audits and strengthen the international presence and dimension of AENOR certificates. The first agreement was signed in 1988 and today, more than 80 collaboration agreements have been signed by AENOR with bodies from all over the world in the Standardisation and Certification sectors.
